Shipping Policy

Every Wear Pilates piece is made to order just for you and shipped directly from our production partners. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Each item is printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery time

After production, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days, which means about 5–12 business days from order to doorstep. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and customs can occasionally add time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if any, are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused or left unclaimed because of customs charges are not eligible for a refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a reshipment fee.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, and your local carrier. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We can't replace packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we'll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking hasn't updated, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
