Orders
Why are your pieces made to order?
Every item is printed and finished just for you once you place your order. That means less waste, no overproduction, and a piece created specifically for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and we can no longer make changes. Contact us here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days — about 5–12 business days in total. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities, so they can ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package.
Please check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, and your local carrier first. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes fit notes — for example, whether a piece runs relaxed or true to size, and when to size down for a closer fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, send us a message before ordering and we'll help you find your fit.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing. That's why we're always happy to help you choose before you buy.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund once we verify it. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Since each item is produced on demand, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Care
How should I wash my Wear Pilates apparel?
To keep prints and colors looking their best, wash cold and inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Check the care notes on each product page for item-specific instructions.
